Shayna, Director of Events with Ease, is passionate about creating unforgettable
experiences. She works closely with clients to identify the three key elements of their special day and, with her talented team, trusted networks, and dedicated
stakeholders, ensures every event is executed flawlessly.
With over 15 years in the industry, Shayna has led major events, including large-
scale activations at Vivid Sydney (2018-2021) and producing the Pride March for Sydney World Pride (2023).
Growing up in Perth, she had a natural talent for organising social gatherings and fundraisers, even co-ordinating birthday celebrations in primary school. Though she initially pursued a career in teaching, her love for event planning led her to earn a scholarship to study Event Management at TAFE WA, launching her successful career.
Shayna’s favourite part of every event is witnessing the magic unfold, seeing the
excitement and joy on clients’ faces when their vision becomes reality.
In addition to Events with Ease, she co-owns Fin.Esse Events & Activations, specialising in high-end corporate and large-scale events.
